Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Cooking oil
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves roasted garlic (mashed)
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Asiago cheese
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Marinate the Wings
